Let your agent do more
for less tokens.
AnyWebMCP is a browser extension that quietly adds smart tools to your favorite websites — so your agent gets things done without guessing at buttons, and without burning your context window reading raw pages.
Built for agents, not just browsers.
Reads less, understands more
Instead of dumping a page's full HTML at your agent, AnyWebMCP hands it a clean answer — a post's text, an author, a timestamp, nothing else. That can cut what your agent has to read by up to 85% on supported pages.
Works where you already are
No API keys, no OAuth app to register, no separate login. AnyWebMCP works inside the browser tab you're already signed into — your agent sees what you see.
You stay in control of your data
Nothing is sent to a third party. Every tool runs locally, right inside your browser tab, using the session you're already signed into.
One extension, pre-built tools for each site.
AnyWebMCP is a browser extension that provides pre-built tools for specific websites. Instead of your agent scraping a page's raw HTML and guessing at what to click, it calls a tool built for that exact site — reading posts, drafting a reply, collecting a feed — and gets a clean answer back.
Choose the setup that matches the browser where you want your agent to work.
Codex in-app browser
Use the packaged macOS launcher and Codex's native support for WebMCP site tools.
Set up in-app browser →Claude in-app browser
Claude's in-app browser does not expose WebMCP yet. Use local Chrome as the available alternative.
Review the Claude option →Chrome setup
Enable Chrome's experimental WebMCP features and connect an agent through Chrome DevTools MCP.
Set up Chrome →Purpose-built tools for a growing list of websites.
Every site gets its own set of purpose-built tools. More are actively being built.
Read timelines, threads, and search results as clean data — draft posts and replies without AnyWebMCP ever hitting send for you.
Collect listings, read bounded comment trees and community rules, and prepare replies that always remain drafts.
Collect and read feed posts, and draft comments directly in LinkedIn's own editor — you still click Comment.
Browse ranked launches, inspect product profiles and discussions, and search Product Hunt without leaving the current tab.
Good to know before you install.
Is this safe to use with my real accounts?
Yes. AnyWebMCP only reads what's on the page and drafts actions for you to review — it has never published a post or comment on its own. That's how the tools are built, not a setting you could turn off.
Do I need API keys or a developer account?
No. It runs inside your normal, already-logged-in browser session.
What agents does this work with?
Anything that speaks WebMCP — an emerging way for web pages to expose tools directly to agents. We build and test against Codex today, with support expected to widen as more agents adopt it.
Is AnyWebMCP open source?
Yes — the extension and every site integration are public on GitHub.
